Refund policy

NEMT Startup Toolkit: 30-day guarantee

If you follow the startup checklist and are unable to establish contact with at least one broker within 30 days of purchase, email us to request a full refund under the toolkit’s guarantee. Include your purchase email, date, and product name so we can find your order.

Delivery problems and duplicate purchases

For either product, contact us if you received the wrong files, cannot access your purchase, or accidentally purchased the same product twice. We will work with you to correct the issue or arrange an appropriate refund.

Other requests

For the Legal Templates Pack and requests outside the startup guarantee, email support with your order details and the reason for your request. We review these individually. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Refunded orders no longer provide access to downloads.
